Washington County 72-Hour Feed Status
Washington County provides no official rolling 72-hour release view. The WCCF inmate-record policy page is the controlling source. It says individual inmate records will no longer be released publicly and names release dates, booking photographs, charges, and unit placement status. The county sweep found no historical release search, current roster, selectable released filter, or booking page that supplies an exit date.
As a result, the public online window is not three days, one day, or another short period. It is absent. No official cadence, field set, photo set, or retention rule exists for a Washington County release feed. The lack of a roster also means there is no sound “last seen” comparison. A person missing from an unofficial list may reflect stale data, a name mismatch, a transfer, or a source that never had county data.
Review Washington County Three-Day Releases
A useful 72-hour review is a reconstruction, not a feed lookup. Fix the period first. Then preserve the precise time of each PA SAVIN event and compare it with UJS docket activity across that range. Court entries may be recorded after the physical event, so include enough surrounding time to catch a later entry without claiming it is the jail release time.
- Set a clear three-day start and end time. Keep the time zone and access time with each result.
- Review saved PA SAVIN or VINELink notices for WCCF custody changes during that period. Read “release” and “transfer” exactly as reported.
- Search UJS for Washington County and Judicial District 27. Review both MJ and CP-63 criminal dockets for every plausible match.
- Compare bail, disposition, sentence, and order dates. Search all known dockets for another hold before treating one event as final.
- When the record points to state, federal, or immigration custody, use that system’s official locator and allow for intake lag.
- Call WCCF at 724-228-6845 if status remains unclear. Record what the agency can confirm and what remains unknown.

Washington County Three-Day Fields
A normal 72-hour feed might provide a person’s name, booking number, release timestamp, release reason, facility, and photograph. Washington County publishes none of those items in a rolling WCCF list. The available sources instead contribute separate pieces of the release question, and none should be mislabeled as a county feed.

A jail release transaction may internally contain admission and release times, release authority, reason, destination, bond data, property-account closure, and staff fields. Those are record categories, not claims of public WCCF disclosure. The county’s express release-date restriction prevents a field inventory from becoming a promise that an individual record can be obtained.
Note: A court event can explain legal authority, but the docket normally does not certify the exact time a person left WCCF.
Washington County Weekend Record Lag
A three-day span is useful around weekends because custody notices, court activity, and receiving-agency entries may not share the same timestamp. Yet Washington County has no weekend release feed for catching up on delayed posts. The correct task is to compare sources while keeping their roles separate. PA SAVIN reports a custody event. UJS records judicial action. A receiving locator reports another agency’s current or later status.
The Pennsylvania UJS Case Search offers participant name, docket number, OTN, SID, complaint or incident number, filed date, county, judicial district, docket type, category, and status. Use Washington County and Judicial District 27. A lower-court MJ case may lead into a CP-63 Common Pleas case, so searching only one court level can omit the stage that explains the exit.
New office entries do not always appear at once. Some limited-access records are removed from public view, and an MDJ docket may become unavailable under judicial retention rules. The statewide judicial policy is therefore essential context for older or missing results.

Washington County Withdrew Release Data
Washington County’s key recent-release quirk is total public withdrawal, not a short display period. WCCF’s notice makes that distinction direct by naming release dates among the individual records it no longer provides. Therefore, extending a search from 24 to 72 hours does not reveal older entries. There were no public entries at the start of the period.
The policy notice also states that Right-to-Know or equivalent requests may be denied when records are exempt under law or court order. A request can still identify an existing administrative or aggregate record with a clear date range, but Pennsylvania’s Right-to-Know Law does not require an agency to create a new three-day list or answer a question. It should not be presented as a guaranteed route to individual release data.
General RTKL procedure allows an agency five business days for an initial response and, when a statutory reason applies, a further extension of up to 30 calendar days. Those periods make the request process unsuitable for immediate weekend confirmation. The policy and any exemption analysis remain distinct from the UJS public-access rules for court records.
Washington County Release Confirmation Routes
For a person believed to have left WCCF, PA SAVIN/VINE is the first event source. Washington County confirms participation and says registered users receive notice when the selected person is released from WCCF custody. For the legal reason, read the UJS docket. If online access is incomplete, Washington County Courts says criminal records may be inspected at the Clerk of Courts and recommends advance arrangements at 724-228-6787. Its published public-access hours are 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., though office details should be confirmed before a visit.

Local inspection can supply the court record behind a release, while the custody event itself still requires confirmation from WCCF, PA SAVIN, or a receiving agency.
State and federal tools apply only when the custody path supports them. PA DOC covers state-sentenced inmates and parolees, not county-only WCCF detainees. BOP covers federal prisoners in its data, not every USMS detainee. ICE ODLS can help after an immigration handoff, but an ICE result means continuing federal civil custody rather than release to the community.
Washington County Property Records
WCCF publishes a narrow property procedure for people who are still confined. Its visiting page says property generally is not released to visitors, though a confined person may request the release of certain property or funds for a legitimate need. The request is considered case by case and requires the visitor to be present. This does not document how final-release property is returned, nor does it supply proof of a past custody exit.
The published in-custody property hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 to 4:00 p.m., excluding holidays. Those hours may matter when a family member has an authorized request during the three-day review, but they should not be treated as weekend release hours.
